Singapore - June 4, 2013: Three Great White Pelicans stand on a rock in the middle of a lake at the Jurong Bird Park, Singapore. Jurong Bird Park is Asia�s largest bird park with a collection of more than 5,000 birds across 380 species. The Great White Pelican (Pelecanus onocrotalus) also known as the Eastern White Pelican, Rosy Pelican or White Pelican is a bird in the pelican family. It breeds from southeastern Europe through Asia and in Africa in swamps and shallow lakes.

A practising aficionado of black and white photography in my youth, I revived my interest in photography a few years ago. My photographs reflect a curiosity to see the world and reflect it through the unique prism of my own life experiences. I have lived and worked in Pakistan, Singapore, Dubai, Los Angeles and London.
