Lahore, Pakistan - September 28, 2012: A Pakistan Railways diesel electric engine with driver parked at Lahore's main railway station. The locomotive was attached to the Lahore - Karachi passenger train - the Business Express - run as a private-public partnership between state owned Pakistan Railways and a private sector group. Pakistan Railways has declared massive financial losses during the last few years and is running on government subsidies.
