London, England - June 8, 2014: A District Line subway train leaves Aldgate East station platform. The station originally opened in October 1884. The station services nearby areas such as the Whitechapel Art Gallery, Petticoat Lane and Brick Lane. he London Underground (also known as the Tube or simply the Underground) is a public metro system serving a large part of Greater London. The network now has 11 lines and in 2012/13 carried 1.23 billion passengers making it one of the largest and busiest networks in the world.

A practising aficionado of black and white photography in my youth, I revived my interest in photography a few years ago. My photographs reflect a curiosity to see the world and reflect it through the unique prism of my own life experiences. I have lived and worked in Pakistan, Singapore, Dubai, Los Angeles and London.
